Teaching Assistant Opportunity – Teaching Personnel (Sleaford & Surrounding Areas)

Location: Sleaford / Grantham / Surrounding Villages
Contract: Flexible (Day‑to‑day, Short‑term, Long‑term)
Start Date: ASAP / Ongoing
Agency: Teaching Personnel
Partnership: Proudly working with Our Lady of Lourdes Multi‑Academy Trust and additional Lincolnshire primary schools

About the Role

Teaching Personnel are seeking caring, proactive and dedicated Teaching Assistants to support schools across the Sleaford area. Through our strong partnership with Our Lady of Lourdes MAT, along with several other local primaries, we are able to offer regular and reliable work suited to your availability and experience.

Roles may include:

  • General classroom TA support
  • 1:1 SEN support
  • Small group interventions
  • EYFS, KS1 or KS2 support

Whether you’re experienced, newly trained, or looking to begin a rewarding career in education, we have opportunities to suit you.

What You’ll Need

✔ Experience supporting children (school‑based or transferable)
✔ A patient, nurturing and positive attitude
✔ Good communication and teamwork skills
✔ Ability to adapt and support children with varying needs
✔ A willingness to learn and take on guidance
(A relevant qualification is desirable but not essential)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
