Teaching Assistant – Boston, Lincolnshire
Location: Boston, Lincolnshire

Salary: £95 - £110 per day
Contract: Full-time and part-time opportunities available
About the Role
Teaching Personnel is seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to work across a variety of primary and secondary schools in Boston and the surrounding Lincolnshire area.
We are proud to partner with the Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Multi-Academy Trust (MAT), as well as a number of other local schools, providing consistent opportunities for support staff who are passionate about making a difference in education.
This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who are looking to gain classroom experience, support pupils’ development, and work within welcoming and supportive school environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Support classroom teachers in delivering engaging lessons
- Work with pupils on a 1:1 basis or in small groups
- Assist with classroom management and behaviour support
- Help create a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Support pupils with additional needs (where applicable)
✅ What We’re Looking For
- Experience working with children or young people (desirable but not essential)
- A positive, proactive, and flexible approach
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for education and supporting student progress
- Relevant qualifications (e.g., Level 2/3 TA) are advantageous but not required

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
