Position: KS2 Teacher
Location: Teddington
Salary: MPS/UPS, Dependent on experience
Start Date: September 2024
Status: Permanent, Fulltime

A vibrant and thriving primary school in Teddington, recently rated 'GOOD' by Ofsted, is delighted to announce an opening for a dedicated and innovative KS2 Classroom Teacher to join our permanent staff from September 2024. This school is at the heart of its community, known for its supportive atmosphere, a commitment to excellent education, and a rich curriculum designed to inspire young minds.

Responsibilities:
*Plan, prepare and deliver instructional activities that facilitate active learning experiences.
*Develop schemes of work and lesson plans aligned with the National Curriculum.
*Assess, record, and report on the development, progress, attainment, and behavior of one’s students.
*Participate in departmental meetings, parent meetings, and whole school training events.
*Engage in continuous professional development to ensure practice is up-to-date and effective.

Requirements:
*Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK.
*Proven experience teaching in Key Stage 2.
*Strong knowledge of the current National Curriculum.
*Ability to create a safe, engaging, and effective learning environment.
*Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
*Commitment to professional development and willingness to engage in further training.
*Enhanced DBS check.
