If so a Roman Catholic Primary school in the Tameside area is looking to appoint a KS2 class teacher to work with their KS2 setting starting after February half term. The school is a smaller than average school. The school is single form entry, which looks to create an inclusive environment support the needs of both pupils and staff.
A successful applicant should:
- Have a strong knowledge of the KS2 national curriculum
- Be able to demonstrate good practice, ensuring that all pupils are able to make progress
- Be able to differentiate tasks to ensure that all pupils learning needs are met.
- Be able to create an inclusive learning environment to ensure that no child is left behind
- Be able to support a catholic ethos.
- Be able to implement effective behaviour management techniques
- Be a good communicator and be able to work as part of a team
- Preferably be a practising Roman Catholic, although not essential

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.
