Job Description:

An innovative opportunity has arisen for a highly experienced Educator with 2 years+ experience of working within the Educational sector. This role is to work with pupils who have complex needs including challenging behaviour and SEMH on a 1-1 basis. This BD8 school highlights the importance of supporting their most challenging pupils and that all pupils must feel valued and understood.

Key Duties include:

  • 1-1 mentoring sessions.
  • Anger Management intervention.
  • Support teachers during lessons.
  • Create a positive outcome reward system.
  • Able to de-escalate volatile situations.
  • Proactive timetable adjustments.
  • Gain positive, trustworthy, relationships with pupils.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
