A fantastic school in the Merton area a seeking a highly dedicated and professional KS1 Teacher to join their supportive team after the February half term. The role has opened up as the original class teacher is making the step up to become the year leader. The school want a teacher who has a proven track record in KS2 and who isn't shy of getting stuck in and implementing their own ideas on the best practice of teaching the students.
The school itself is only a short journey from the busy and vibrant area of Merton, transport links from the centre to the school make this a very desirable place to work. I am recruiting for a Year 4 teacher to join a popular primary school in Merton to start March 2019 covering someone going on maternity leave. To be considered for this role, you must be a qualified teacher and an excellent communicator and committed to raising the attainment of primary aged students. This role will be covering until the end of the academic year (July 2019), to be considered for the position you have to be able to provide a DBS on the update service (or willing to apply for one) and 2 graded references.
- NQTs and Overseas Teacher are able to apply, you must have QTS though.
- Bachelor of Education / PGCE / or equivalent teaching degree.
- Eligible to work in the UK.
- Proven track record.
This is a two form entry school that is large, spacious and modern with fantastic facilities. Based in the outer London borough of Kingston Upon Thames they are well served by public transport. The school is very well run, with an established and dedicated leadership team and have an excellent record of supporting teachers throughout all year groups within the school.
