Position: KS1 Teacher
Location: Hammersmith
Salary: MPS/UPS, Dependent on experience
Start Date: September 2024
Status: Permanent, Fulltime

An Ofsted-rated GOOD primary school in Hammersmith is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic KS1 Classroom Teacher to join their vibrant and supportive teaching team. The school is known for its inclusive and nurturing environment, where every child is encouraged to achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:
*Plan and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons for KS1 pupils.
*Assess, record, and report on the development, progress, and attainment of pupils.
*Create a safe and supportive learning environment that nurtures each child's potential.
*Collaborate with other staff members to develop and implement effective teaching strategies.
*Maintain open communication with parents and guardians regarding their child's progress.
*Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities.
*Uphold the school's policies and ethos, promoting high standards of behavior and achievement.

Requirements:
*Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK.
*Experience teaching in KS1 is highly desirable.
*Strong knowledge of the KS1 curriculum and assessment methods.
*Excellent classroom management skills and the ability to inspire and motivate young learners.
*Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
*A commitment to continuous professional development and the desire to contribute to the wider school community.
*A passion for teaching and a dedication to fostering a positive learning environment for all pupils.
