Temporary KS1 Teacher required for a Charlton Primary School

Salary: Dependant on experience

Start date: March 2021

We are on the look out for a fantastic KS1 teacher who is looking for a temporary role starting in March and running until the end of the academic year. You would be working at a 3 form entry school that was judged outstanding in all areas during their last OFSTED inspection.

You would have a lovely year 1 class who are a pleasure to teach. Due to the temporary nature of this position the school is looking for an experienced teacher who can jump straight into the role from day 1. You will also be working alongside two highly experienced TA’s who have been with the class since the start of the school year.

The school is in a terrific location less than a 10 minute walk from the nearest station and just around the corner from the local high street. With spacious classrooms, high-tech facilities and a very supportive leadership team you will be given everything you need in order to succeed in the role.

To be considered for this role you will need the following:

  • Valid DBS check
  • QTS or overseas equivalent
  • Experience working with KS1
  • An in-depth knowledge of the KS1 curriculum
  • Strong behaviour management skills
  • Have a proven track record of achieving high academic results from your students

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
