Key Stage 2 Supply Teacher

Teaching Personnel are recruiting Key Stage 2 teachers who are interested in working on a supply basis from September 2020. We work with a large number of schools and academies on an exclusive basis and therefore have a high demand for supply staff. Working with a range of schools we can offer you day to day, short term and also long term teaching positions throughout the year.

You can be flexible on the days you wish to work to fit in with any other commitments you may have. Supply is a great way to find out more about the schools in your local area. If a long-term position is something you would prefer, then you will have consistency in terms of the school you work in for the term or several terms depending on the role, which can then lead to a permanent position.

Rates of pay will be dependent on experience and can range from GBP90-110 per day for general supply cover. We are currently recruiting in Brighton, Hove, Portslade, Peacehaven, Newhaven, Lewes, Uckfield and Eastbourne.

Requirements:

  • Have QTS, you can be newly qualified or a teacher with experience

  • Be flexible and adaptable in your approach to teaching

  • Have a good knowledge of the KS2 primary curriculum

  • Have an Enhanced Child Workforce DBS or be willing to apply for one

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
