Job description

Teaching Personnel are working with a academy school in the heart of Bournemouth who are are seeking to appoint a Inclusion leader with the vision and expertise to work alongside the senior leadership team within the school. This role will be a full time permanent role from September 2019. This role would incorporate general supply cover within the school as well as working within the inclusion room and managing behaviour.

The school are looking for a candidate with energy, enthusiasm and character to enthuse staff and pupils through the next stages of the school's development.

The Successful Candidate Must Have:

  • A good knowledge of relevant legislation in particular the SEND code of practice Excellent interpersonal and management skills
  • The ability to make a difference and the aspiration to develop themselves and the school further
  • Ability to make decisions quickly and be easily adaptable to suit the situation
  • Managing the behaviour of pupils whilst the students are under going work within lessons
