Teaching Personnel are currently recruiting on behalf of a Secondary School in Sutton, who are seeking a history teacher to join their staff in September 2016.

The History department is exceptionally friendly and welcoming. It contains a broad range of staff, from young, vibrant individuals to highly experienced practitioners. The department offers an exciting range of field trips that bring the study of History to life for students at KS3, KS4 and KS5.

The school makes a range of post-holder opportunities available to those that show potential, and have a flexible approach when it comes to structuring departments. Everything they do is for the benefit of the students.

YOU AS A CANDIDATE:

By September 2016, you must have QTS for England to apply for this role.

The school wish for you to have a relevant degree, although they are happy to consider those that have experience in teaching History, should you hold another degree.

The school has a large number of EAL learners, making it imperative to have an exceptionally high standard of English.

The school are happy to consider both experienced staff and NQTs.
