We are currently seeking to appoint two dedicated and experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join our partnership School team. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact within our educational community, whilst supporting a skilled Lead SEN Teacher in a new SEN provision in Cambridge.
The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting teaching and learning across various subjects and year groups. Responsibilities include delivering pre-planned lessons, providing one-on-one or small group support to students, and assisting in the creation of learning resources.
This position requires someone with strong interpersonal skills, the ability to work collaboratively with teachers and other staff members, and a genuine passion for supporting student development. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a school setting and possess a relevant HLTA qualification or equivalent experience.

The two roles are full-time, permanent, and start in September, although there is flexibility with this.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
