Higher Level Teaching Assistant – Full Time – SEN School – Greater Manchester

Location: BL9

Are you an experienced Teaching Assistant ready to step up into a role where you can lead learning and make a measurable impact?

A specialist SEN setting is seeking a confident Higher Level Teaching Assistant to deliver small group sessions, cover lessons and support pupils with a range of additional needs.

The role:

  • Leading pre-planned lessons

  • Delivering targeted interventions

  • Supporting classroom teaching and learning

  • Working with pupils with SEN and SEMH

We are looking for:

  • HLTA status or significant Level 3/4 TA experience

  • Strong behaviour management skills

  • Confidence leading a class

  • Full-time availability

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
