- 12 month programme and graduate scheme as a teaching assistant with the chance to secure a position on a teacher training programme

These will give the graduate a good understanding into the role of a teacher and stand any graduate in great stead to take on a teaching position in the future. You will have the chance to develop your own subject knowledge whilst supporting and assisting students in these areas and subjects. You will gain experience in working with students with special educational needs, covering lessons in the absence of the teacher as well as get a feel for how to plan lessons and create resources accordingly.
