Position: SEN Teaching Assistant
Location: Poole, Dorset
Start Date: After May Half Term 
Contract: Full-time, Term-time only

Key Responsibilities:
Supporting students with a variety of special educational needs
Assisting in the development and implementation of individual learning plans
Providing tailored support inside and outside the classroom
Helping create a positive, engaging, and inclusive learning environment
Building strong, trusting relationships with students, staff, and families

What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience working with children with SEN, ideally in a school setting
A patient, empathetic, and adaptable approach to supporting students
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team
A commitment to creating a safe, positive, and inclusive learning environment
A Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent (desirable)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
