SEN Teaching Assistant – Poole

Locations: Poole
Start date: September 2025
Pay: £85–£95 per day (depending on experience)
Contract: Full-time, term-time only (Temp-to-Perm opportunities available!)
What you’ll be doing:
✔ Supporting pupils with SEN (including ASD, ADHD, SEMH, and speech & language needs) in class and/or on a 1:1 basis
✔ Helping create a calm, engaging, and positive learning environment
✔ Working closely with teachers, SENCOs, and the wider support team
✔ Supporting emotional wellbeing, positive behaviour, and social skills
We’re looking for someone who:
✨ Has a caring, positive, and flexible attitude
✨ Has experience working with children or young people (formal or informal)
✨ Is confident supporting children with additional needs – or eager to learn
✨ Is reliable, patient, and great at building relationships

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
