Are you a Humanities graduate looking to kickstart your career in education? Teaching Personnel have partnered with an ‘Outstanding’ teacher training provider to help graduates access teacher training completely free of charge. Our teacher training provider works with a number of schools across the country to provide a course which gives you teaching experience as well as a salaried route into obtaining Qualified Teacher Status.
Programme Overview:
- Humanities Graduate Teacher Training
- Duration: 1 year, full-time
- Location: Birmingham (Multiple locations available across the country)
- Compensation: Salary during training
In addition to the weekly training sessions, you will have dedicated Friday sessions led by training leads, teachers, and keynote speakers. There will also be subject-specific training sessions that will further enhance your skills and experience. The program is bespoke and personalised to meet the needs and subject area of each trainee. After each training session, trainees will have a weekly mentor meeting where they can reflect and co-plan for the following week before trying things out in the classroom.
Requirements:
- A minimum of a bachelor's degree from a recognised institution.
- Passion for education and a strong desire to inspire and empower students.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to diverse classroom environments.
- Dedication, resilience, and a growth mindset.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
