Teaching Personnel are recruiting on behalf of a large primary school in Gainsborough, who are currently recruiting a Teaching Assistant (ideally graduate level) to work in their support staff team for the remainder of this academic year. As a graduate teaching assistant, you will work closely with class teachers and other members of the support staff team to provide pupils with a great level of support and opportunity to further understand and build confidence within lessons. Previous experience as a teaching assistant is desirable, however graduates with a strong academic record and a passion for working with children will be considered, highlights of this position include:

Situated in the Gainsborough area, this is a full time position working as a teaching assistant within a large team. You will work directly to the schools SENCO, being involved in lessons and taking responsibility for your own groups of children. A degree in a subject related to schools would be ideal; however the school are happy to consider graduates with experience working with children and the commitment to making a difference.
