General Teaching Assistant - Year 3 - Liverpool

The school is currently receiving good results throughout the year groups. The reason for the good overall performance is mainly down to the leadership of the Head teacher, who cares about their children and the school's staff. Job description

• General Teaching Assistant- KS2 Class
• The role you will undertake will be made up of working 30 hours a week in a supporting role; working with small groups and individual children to ensure they are well supported in the classroom.
• As this is a Level 2 TA role, you will not be expected to plan any of the Curriculums but you will be expected to differentiate to ensure all learners can reach their own objectives.
• You will be expected to create resources for the children in order to further develop lesson content.
• Expected rate of pay is £9.50 per hour.
• You may be expected to undertake additional hours covering welfare.

So, what are the school looking for? They are preferably looking for a candidate who is Level 2 or above qualified that has prior experience of working in a KS2 class. The school are willing to give people a chance and will always trial them out in school to ascertain their suitability.
