Future Teachers Programme – Start Your Journey Into Teaching
Are you a recent graduate or soon-to-be graduate with a passion for education?
 Our Future Teachers Programme is the perfect way to take your first step into a rewarding teaching career.
We’re partnering with Ofsted Good and Outstanding schools across Greater Manchester, Wigan, Bolton, and Warrington, offering a structured route into teaching where you’ll start as a Graduate Teaching Assistant or Cover Supervisor and gain hands-on experience before progressing to teacher training within a year.
What the Programme Offers:

Paid school-based experience in a secondary classroom

A clear pathway to gain QTS through in-house or partner-led teacher training

Recent or soon-to-be graduates (any subject considered)

Aspiring teachers with a genuine passion for working with young people 
- 
Enthusiastic, adaptable, and eager to learn

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
