What we’re looking for:

• Strong English skills and clear communication

• A real passion for encouraging and motivating learners

• Enhanced Child Workforce DBS (or be willing to get one through us)

• Experience with SEND, SEMH, or additional needs is a big plus

• Some classroom or 1-1 teaching experience, plus up-to-date safeguarding training

• Solid knowledge of Functional Skills, KS3-4 Maths and English, and their exam boards

• Great professional references from the last 2 years
