TP-Tutors is looking for dynamic, dedicated Maths Tutors in Lincoln and surrounding areas. We’re working with a growing number of students who need personalised 1:1 support to build confidence and close learning gaps—especially in Maths. Whether you're helping students master the basics or guiding them through GCSE-level problems, your expertise can make a real difference.

What’s the Role?

  • Deliver tailored 1:1 Maths tuition, often outside the classroom, to students needing extra help.

  • Adapt lessons creatively to fit individual learning styles—flexibility and innovation are key!

  • Conduct sessions in homes, libraries, schools, or online, depending on the student's needs.

What You’ll Need:

  • Strong understanding of the Maths curriculum and key exam boards

  • Passion for helping learners grow in confidence and skills

  • Experience working with children or young people (in schools, tutoring, or similar)

  • Valid Enhanced DBS on the update service—or willingness to obtain one with our support

  • Right to work in the UK and two professional references covering the past 24 months

  • Teaching experience or education background is a plus but not essential

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
