What We Expect:
We’re seeking candidates who are not only highly skilled but also committed to maintaining the highest standards of professionalism, safeguarding, and ethical practices.

Key Requirements:

  • A strong command of the English language – clear communication is essential

  • A genuine passion for motivating, encouraging, and inspiring students

  • Enhanced Child Workforce DBS (or willingness to obtain one through TP-Tutors)

  • Experience working with SEND, SEMH, and other additional needs is highly desirable

  • Classroom or 1-1 teaching experience preferred, with up-to-date safeguarding training

  • A deep understanding of Maths and English Functional Skills curricula and exam boards

  • Excellent professional references from your last two employers covering a 24-month period
