What We Expect:
We’re seeking candidates who are not only highly skilled but also committed to maintaining the highest standards of professionalism, safeguarding, and ethical practices.
Key Requirements:

A strong command of the English language – clear communication is essential!

A genuine passion for motivating, encouraging, and inspiring students.

Enhanced Child Workforce DBS (or the willingness to obtain one through TP-Tutors).

Experience working with SEND, SEMH, and other additional needs is highly desirable.

Classroom or 1-1 teaching experience preferred, with up-to-date safeguarding training.

A deep understanding of Maths and English Functional Skills curricula and exam boards.

Excellent professional references from your last two employers covering a 24-month period.
