Full time Teaching Assistant - Wokingham

• Experienced in establishing constructive relationships with students, acting as a role model and being aware of and responding appropriately to individual needs
• Able to assist with the implementation of personal programmes including Individual Educational/Behavioural Plans and Personal Care Programmes
• Committed to promoting student's self-esteem and independence

Teaching Personnel are working closely with a school in Berkshire who are looking to recruit talented, dedicated and ambitious staff that can add value to the school and more importantly put the needs and learning experience of their pupils first.

The school is a generic all age (2-19) special school catering for children with a wide range of needs; multiple and complex conditions, Autism and ADHD. The school has developed and enhanced facilities and resources to support pupils with complex communication needs.
