Teaching Personnel are currently recruiting graduates and overseas trained teachers in the Northern Hampshire area in order to create a pool of dedicated supervisors and Teaching Assistants to service schools on a regular basis.
The nature of this wok can vary greatly and as such we would be looking for flexible people who are looking to learn and develop their own skills in the education sector. The roles would vary from particular subject cover to general cover across the school working in many different faculties across multiple schools in a week.
We would be willing to offer on site training at schools local to yourself which would allow you to build experience prior to being left on your own with pupils ensure you are confident and ready to engage in the lessons. We also offer online course at a reduced rate for safeguarding for children ensuring you are prepared to deal with any classroom issues that may arise.
We would require you to either have or complete a DBS that is child workforce only and registered to the update service and we will facilitate and guide you through this process. We would also need for you to meet with one of our consultants in our Southampton office which is a 5 minute walk from the train station in order to explain the role, verify your documents and sign your contract.
