A SEN School in Warrington are looking for experienced SEN teaching assistants with a variety of experiences and qualifications. Due to the 'Outstanding' expectations achieved in OFSTED, and the severity and range of complex needs each child as, an amount of experience is needed to work at the SEN School.
The School cater for ages 4-16 and over (College), for students with PMLD, SLD, SPLd and Challenging behaviours. Your role will include working with pupils who are verbal or non verbal, and will need to be ready for any situation. The desired candidate will be flexible, use initiative and empathetic with all pupils. Due to the challenging behaviours, non verbal pupils and those with complex needs, the following experiences/qualifications are needed;

Pay rate is between £55-65 per day (depending on experience)

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.
All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
