Teaching Personnel are working on behalf of a Secondary Academy in Derby who are looking to recruit an English Teacher for a long-term full-time role starting September 2021.

Due to this being a full-time long-term role, you will be required to plan, deliver and mark the work of the students so experience with this is desirable. NQT's who do not have the desired experience are more than welcome to apply.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• English Teacher
• Teaching KS3 and KS4
• Development on resources within the department
• Willingness to participate in the school’s extra-curricular programme

All candidates MUST:

• Have a Teaching qualification (QTS/PGCE) in English
• Have the right to work within the UK
• Have the ability to provide school based references
• Be available for work full-time in September

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
