With the new academic year beginning, we are recruiting for qualified Teachers of all subjects who are looking for supply within mainstream secondary schools across Portsmouth and the Solent area. 

We are in need of English Teachers willing to complete day to day work or temporary contracts.

You must be enthusiastic, passionate about education and have strong knowledge and teaching experience in your subject area or areas. With multiple schools in the area having differing structures, you would be required to teach KS3/4 and in some cases KS5.

If you are a Newly Qualified Teacher keen to gain more experience in different secondary schools, we would love to hear from you. We know different teachers suit different schools, so this is a great opportunity to find exactly what you are looking for.

From daily supply to short or long term roles in secondary schools, we can find the right role that suits your schedule!

Requirements:

· Qualified Teacher Status

· Newly Qualified Teachers are encouraged to apply

· Bachelor’s degree in Education or PGCE

· Strong subject knowledge and UK National Curriculum,

· Strong communication skills, class management and proactive

· GCSE English and Maths, grade C or higher or equivalent

· Enhanced DBS (child workforce) on the Update service (or willing to apply for one – full guidance provided)

Teaching Personnel offers:

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
