With a degree in a core subject, your subject knowledge will be utilised in a small group basis to help support those children who are academically struggling or to help raise attainment higher for those pupils who are gifted and talented.

You will learn how to plan effectively using variety of schemes and resources whilst incorporating you ideas. The classroom teacher will ask you to conduct formative assessments and feedback to them with gaps of learning & progression made. You will need to confident in your approach and build good rapport in short space of time.

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
