Are you passionate about supporting children through physical activity while building their confidence in and out of the classroom? We are recruiting Sports Specialist Teaching Assistants to work across primary schools in Preston. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with young learners and want to contribute to a positive school environment through both sport and general classroom support.

This role is not solely focused on coaching sports; instead, you will take on a blended position that involves typical Teaching Assistant responsibilities alongside delivering structured sports activities. Your day may include supervising lessons, supporting small groups, assisting with classroom routines, and leading physical activity sessions that align with the school’s curriculum.

We are looking for adaptable, enthusiastic, and reliable individuals who can step into a variety of settings on an adhoc basis. Whether you are seeking flexible work, additional hours, or opportunities to develop your experience in education, this role provides a varied and rewarding pathway.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
