This role is ideal for candidates with experience supporting young children who are passionate about helping pupils thrive during their early educational journey. Main Responsibilities

• Support children across the Early Years Foundation Stage curriculum.
• Deliver targeted support to pupils on a one-to-one and small-group basis.
• Encourage learning through play and interactive activities.
• Monitor pupil progress and engage with learning objectives.
• Support children's emotional wellbeing and confidence.
• Assist in maintaining a positive and stimulating classroom environment.

Candidate Profile

• Experience working with young children within an educational or childcare setting.
• Level 3 Early Years qualification preferred but not essential.
• Knowledge of EYFS practices and child-centred learning.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable, proactive, and committed to supporting pupil development.
