EYFS Teaching Assistant Required - September Start

Do you have a passion for supporting young children in the early stages of their education? Are you confident delivering and supporting phonics interventions? We are looking for a nurturing and enthusiastic EYFS Teaching Assistant to join a friendly and supportive school from September.

The Role

As an EYFS Teaching Assistant, you will:

Support children across the Early Years Foundation Stage to achieve their full potential.
Work alongside the class teacher to deliver engaging and creative learning activities.
Provide small group and one-to-one support, particularly in phonics.
Help create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment.
Encourage children's social, emotional, and academic development through play-based learning.

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone who:

Has previous experience working within an EYFS setting.
Has strong phonics knowledge and experience supporting phonics programmes and interventions.
Understands child development and the EYFS curriculum.
Is patient, caring, and able to build positive relationships with young children.
Has excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Holds a relevant Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent experience (desirable).
