What Will You Be Doing?

Depending on the role, responsibilities may include:

  • Supporting pupils in the classroom
  • Working with small groups or on a 1:1 basis
  • Helping children with additional needs
  • Assisting teachers with lesson delivery
  • Supporting pupil engagement and behaviour
  • Creating a positive learning environment

We're Looking For

  • Passion for supporting young people
  • Positive and proactive attitude
  • Previous education experience is desirable but not essential
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to travel to schools within East Lancashire

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
