Job description

Are you enthusiastic about helping students improve their English and Maths skills? TP Tutors is looking for dedicated and knowledgeable English and Maths Tutors to support learners in and around Mansfield. Your expertise can boost confidence and help students excel in these essential subjects.


About the Role

As an English and Maths Tutor, you will:

  • Deliver personalised, engaging lessons tailored to individual student needs

  • Help students develop strong reading, writing, and numeracy skills

  • Simplify challenging concepts to make learning enjoyable and effective

  • Track progress and provide constructive feedback to encourage improvement


What We’re Looking For

We’d love to hear from you if you have:

  • Experience teaching or tutoring English and/or Maths (KS3–KS5 preferred)

  • Relevant qualifications (degree, PGCE, teaching certifications preferred)

  • Excellent communication and organisational skills

  • A patient, adaptable, and student-focused approach

  • An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one
