About the Role
As a tutor, you will work with learners at various stages of their education, delivering personalised support to help them build confidence, improve subject knowledge, and develop effective study skills. You’ll have the flexibility to adapt your sessions to meet the unique needs of each student, making a meaningful difference in their academic journey.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

• Designing and delivering engaging, tailored lessons

• Assessing student needs and progress, and adapting your approach accordingly

• Encouraging academic growth and boosting student confidence

• Providing clear, constructive feedback to support learning outcomes

What We're Looking For:

• Prior experience teaching or tutoring in English, Maths, or Science

• Recognised teaching qualifications such as PGCE, QTS, or Cert Ed are desirable

• A proactive and adaptable approach to teaching

• Excellent planning, communication, and organisational skills

• An Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
