Are you an ECT looking for work in September?

If you are receiving your QTS this year and haven’t found any work for September yet, we encourage you to get in touch!  

We are looking for teachers to work across Blackpool, Wyre and Fylde in September 2024.

Teaching personnel work with many schools across Blackpool and the Fylde who can support ECT’s through their early years of a teaching career. We are working withHeadteachers who are looking for Teachers to work collaboratively within their schools, support their school ethos and drive towards encouraging children to achieve the best of their ability. As an ECT, you will be offered support, constructive feedback and sign off your ECT years from your placement school. 

We have work that is flexible, whether you are looking for day to day or long term roles, Teaching personnel can help support you finding work.

Teaching Personnel can offer you:

Weekly pay with competitive rates between £100-£140 a day.

Support with CPD and access to discounted courses.

A variety of schools across Blackpool and the Fylde. 

Ongoing support from dedicated consultants.

Opportunities to go on a temporary to a permanent contract.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
