Role
Teaching Personnel are currently looking for Early Years Support Assistants to work in our Primary SEN school in Bournemouth and Poole for full-time temporary posts starting as soon as possible. The role will be Monday - Friday 8am - 3:30pm and you will be based in the Primary setting working with KS1-3. The school are looking for someone with EYFS experience.
Ideal candidate
The school are looking for an:
- Aspiring Teaching Assistant with recent experience in Early Years
- Recent graduates in Early Childhood Education or Teaching Assistant with an NVQ or CACHE Level 2/3
- Experience using Letters & Sounds Phonics
- Available full-time
Teaching Personnel

In addition to this we work alongside many leaders of education and have our own ex-head teacher that provides candidates with bespoke, high-quality training. The CPD on offer will assist with your personal and career development, making you the most highly sought candidates in the market.
- Earn up to £300 per week on daily and weekly assignments
- Take part in our regular courses and training (safeguarding, behaviour management, Team Teach, and many more)
- Work in schools local to you that suit your preferences and career aspirations
