Salary: competitive day rate
Contract: Flexible! Full-Time, Long-Term & Permanent roles
Start Date: ASAP or September for the new academic year

Teaching Personnel are on the hunt for passionate and energetic Early Years Practitioners to join the fantastic teams at our partner primary schools across East London.

What’s the role?
You’ll be the heart of the classroom, supporting children aged 3-5 with their first steps into education. Your day will be filled with:
- Creating fun, engaging activities that spark curiosity.
- Supporting children's personal, social, and emotional development.
- Being a caring and supportive presence, helping kids feel safe and happy.
- Working as part of a team to make the classroom an amazing place to be.
- Building great relationships with children, staff, and parents.
Is this you?
- You’ve got a Level 2 or 3 qualification in Childcare (or equivalent experience).
- You’re positive, patient, and genuinely love working with young children.
- You’re a team player who’s full of creative ideas.
- You understand how children learn through play.
- You’re reliable and looking for a role where you can really make a difference.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
