Location: Gateshead
Salary: £130–£165 per day (depending on the role and your experience)
Hours: Monday to Friday | 8:30am – 3:30pm | Full-time opportunities available
What You'll Be Doing
- Deliver engaging and inspiring lessons within your specialist subject.
- Create a positive, inclusive classroom where every student can succeed.
- Monitor student progress and provide meaningful feedback to support achievement.
- Build strong relationships with pupils, colleagues and parents.
- Help shape young people's futures while developing your own teaching career.
We're Looking For Someone Who:
- Holds, or is currently working towards, Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Has a bachelor's degree in their specialist subject.
- Is passionate about making a positive impact in education.
- Has excellent communication and classroom management skills.
- Is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
- Holds an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or is willing to obtain one).

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
