Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Deliver engaging one-to-one and small-group Maths interventions.
  • Support students in developing numeracy, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Motivate and encourage learners who may lack confidence in Maths.
  • Build positive relationships that promote engagement, attendance, and achievement.
  • Support students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.
  • Work alongside teaching staff to implement tailored support strategies.
  • Track progress and celebrate student successes.

Who We're Looking For

  • A Maths graduate (or hold a closely related degree).
  • Passionate about education and supporting young people.
  • Confident, resilient, and able to build rapport with students.
  • A strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Patient, proactive, and eager to learn.
  • Considering a future career in teaching, educational psychology, youth work, or a related field.
