Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging one-to-one and small-group Maths interventions.
- Support students in developing numeracy, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Motivate and encourage learners who may lack confidence in Maths.
- Build positive relationships that promote engagement, attendance, and achievement.
- Support students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.
- Work alongside teaching staff to implement tailored support strategies.
- Track progress and celebrate student successes.

- A Maths graduate (or hold a closely related degree).
- Passionate about education and supporting young people.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
