Early Career Teacher (ECT) Opportunities – September 2025 Start

Have you recently completed your teacher training or are on track to gain QTS this summer? Are you ready to launch your career in education and complete your ECT induction in a supportive, dynamic school environment?
Teaching Personnel is actively recruiting Early Career Teachers (ECTs) for a range of full-time teaching roles, long-term supply work, and permanent positions starting in September 2025 across secondary schools in Wigan and Warrington.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
