Design Technology Teacher
Central Manchester
Start date: April 2019
Contract: Full-time, Fixed - 1 Term Contract
Salary in line with MPS/UPS
Teaching Personnel are seeking an experienced teacher of Design Technology to join our successful client school in Manchester. Our client school aims to inspire our students by encouraging them to think creatively to produce high quality practical based projects. Technology and Art is taught across the whole school curriculum from Key Stage 3, 4 and 5. Due to a staff maternity, the school now has a vacancy for a Design Technology teacher to join the department from April 2019 until the end of the academic year in the first instance.

We are looking for an enthusiastic teacher that can delivery Design Technology and BTEC Construction and Vocational Engineering across the age and ability range including Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 as applicable. The successful teacher will ensure that students make good to outstanding progress in this subject and will use excellent subject knowledge to teach both GCSE/BTEC and other course content to a diverse student population.
