We are looking for an inspiring Design Technology Teacher to join one of our partner SEN schools in Cambridge on a full-time, permanent contract.
The ideal Design Technology Teacher will teach the core technical, designing and making principles, including a broad range of design processes, materials techniques and equipment. You must be able to break down each lesson and clearly explain the content, so the pupils have a thorough understanding. A successful Design Technology Teacher at this school will have strong behavioural management skills.
As a Design Technology Teacher at this SEN school, you must -
- Be resilient when providing teaching in challenging environments
- Have experience supporting children with Autism
- Have the ability to engage pupils in their learning
- Be able to work with the school to ensure pupil progression
About the Design Technology Teacher role:
- Full time
- Permanent
- Earn between GBP25,714 - GBP36,691 a year
