As a Cover Supervisor, you’ll become a vital part of the school community, helping students aged 11–16 stay engaged and productive during teacher absences. This role also offers opportunities to support students with special educational needs, perfect for those wanting to broaden their skill set and experience.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Supervising classes across KS3 & KS4 using pre-planned materials
• Ensuring students stay on task and engaged in learning
• Managing classroom behaviour in line with school policies
• Supporting pupils with additional or SEN needs where required
• Contributing to a positive, focused, and inclusive learning environment

We’re Looking For Someone Who…

• Has experience working with secondary-age students
• Can confidently support students with additional or SEN needs
• Shows adaptability, resilience, and a positive presence in the classroom
• Communicates clearly and builds strong rapport with young people
• Brings genuine enthusiasm for education and student success
