Secondary History Teacher

 

Location: Andover, Hampshire

Start date: April 13th

This is a great opportunity for FQT’s or ECT’s to increase experience and join an amazing school based in Andover.

 

The Role

This position will start as long-term role within the school, with an incredibly likely opportunity to stay on permanently! You will be responsible for delivering exciting, high-quality and motivating History lessons across KS3 and KS4 levels.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential
  • Relevant qualifications to the subject of History
  • Experience teaching Secondary aged students
  • Ability to support those with SEN within a mainstream setting
  • Confident and adaptable in the classroom
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with students
  • Genuine enthusiasm for educating young people

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
