Role: Full-time Cover Supervisor
Location: Rawtenstall and surrounding areas (BB4)
Contract: Full-time, ongoing
Are you looking for a rewarding role in education? Teaching Personnel is seeking enthusiastic and reliable Cover Supervisors to work across secondary schools in the Rawtenstall area. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who enjoy working with young people and want to gain classroom experience.
What does the role involve?
- Supervising classes during teacher absences.
- Delivering pre-prepared work and maintaining a positive learning environment.
- Managing classroom behaviour and ensuring school policies are followed.
What we’re looking for:
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Confidence in managing groups of students.
- Previous experience in education or working with young people is desirable but not essential.
- A proactive and adaptable approach.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
