Cover Supervisor – New Romney
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a dedicated Cover Supervisor to join a secondary school in New Romney on a long-term basis. As a Cover Supervisor, you will oversee classes, manage behaviour, and ensure students complete assigned work. The Cover Supervisor will confidently follow lesson plans provided by teaching staff.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supervising pupils during scheduled lessons

  • Encouraging positive learning behaviours

  • Ensuring a safe classroom environment

  • Communicating feedback to staff

This Cover Supervisor role is ideal for candidates with a passion for education. Previous experience as a Cover Supervisor or working with young people is advantageous.

The appointed Cover Supervisor will receive £100 – £120 per day (DOE) and the security of long-term work. Ongoing support will help you succeed and grow as a Cover Supervisor within the school.
