Cover Supervisor – Secondary School (New Romney)
Location: New Romney, Kent
Pay: £110 – £120 per day
Secondary schools in New Romney are seeking motivated Cover Supervisors to support teaching and learning across Key Stages 3 and 4.
Key Responsibilities:

Supervise pupils during lessons in the absence of teachers
-
Ensure students understand tasks and remain focused
-
Manage behaviour effectively in line with school policy
-
Create a safe and inclusive learning environment
-
Support students of mixed abilities and learning needs
-
Communicate effectively with school staff
Requirements:
-
Experience working with young people in an educational setting
-
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
-
Flexible availability and reliable work ethic
-
Ability to maintain authority and professionalism

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
