Cover Supervisor – Ashford
We are recruiting an experienced Cover Supervisor for a long-term placement in a secondary school in Ashford. As a Cover Supervisor, you will be responsible for delivering pre-set work, maintaining classroom behaviour, and ensuring pupils remain engaged in their learning. The Cover Supervisor will work across a range of subjects and year groups, providing consistency and support during teacher absence.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supervising classes during teacher absence

  • Managing classroom behaviour effectively

  • Ensuring students remain on task with set work

  • Reporting back to teaching staff as required

This Cover Supervisor role is ideal for individuals considering a career in education or those with prior classroom experience. Previous experience as a Cover Supervisor or working with young people is desirable, along with strong communication skills.
