Location: Manchester Secondary School

We're on the lookout for a committed Cover Supervisor to join our team at Teaching Personnel. As a pivotal figure in the school's daily operations, you'll ensure continuity and quality learning experiences in the absence of regular teachers.

Key Responsibilities:

Take charge of classroom supervision during teacher absences, ensuring students are engaged in meaningful learning activities.

Execute pre-prepared lesson plans effectively, maintaining a conducive learning environment.

Provide necessary support to students, fostering positivity and productivity in their learning journey.

Collaborate closely with teaching staff and school management to promptly address any arising issues or concerns.

Essential Requirements:

Previous experience working with secondary school students, understanding their unique needs and dynamics.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students and colleagues alike.

Proven ability to manage classroom behavior, ensuring a conducive environment for learning.

Flexibility and adaptability to navigate through varying situations seamlessly.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
